Sleep Before You Die

Sounds neither bombs nor bloods,
Never the guns nor shells.
Delightful crackers in fiesta,
Teen treats of drums to sticks.

Brothers aren’t killing brothers,
Father isn’t shooting a son.
Merely a fight over a cookie,
Dad scolding him for a tricky.

Close your eyes to see,
A river is flowing to flee.
Smell the enchanting aroma of bloom,
Listen to water gushing to loom.

Lockers to keys are stout and out,
Homes to houses stand still yet not fill.
Owners to both lie cold down,
Only flames fly hot up the town.

Kids aren’t crying out of fear,
Dogs not mourning in tear.
Hungry are those poor chaps,
Whose eyes seem rich with flaps.

Sleep long with your bear,
I’m always near you’re here.
You dream to see it all,
I’ll pray to hear it out all.

Forever world be great a land,
Where lives be lived hand to hand.
Our breath in and out can’t be mere lies,
My God! Let this child sleep before it just dies!!!

Thoughts

Sometimes,
to do,
to decide,
to stop,
& even to start,
we wait long,
and a little long,
till end comes by.
From now on,
"Regrets be no more ever again"
